30-Day Return Window

You may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• Items must be free of perfumes, deodorants, or other stains
• Original packaging should be included where applicable

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
2. We'll send you a return authorization and return instructions within 1-2 business days
3. Package your items securely with the return authorization included

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags
• Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
